To get there really you can ask anyone. There are two lookouts. One is just a parking spot the view is gorgeous. But its usually full of university students. The other one is much nicer. It has a gorgeous place where you can sit and relax and its a stunning walk to get there.

Basic directions are if you're coming from cote des neige/van horn you drive up towards downtown, you make a slight left on Chemin Remembrance... and you drive up the hill. parking's on the right and i think they have an amount you can pay for the day.... they have boating there in the summer and ice-skating in the winter usually (if cold enough).
